1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of TeamFloe's services, platform, and associated technologies (collectively, the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to comply with this policy.

  • Individual performance surveillance or "stack ranking" developers
  • Using metrics for punitive measures against individuals
  • Competitive intelligence gathering on other organizations
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to derive source code
  • Circumventing access controls or authentication mechanisms
  • Creating false or misleading accounts
  • Impersonating others or misrepresenting affiliation
  • Reselling or redistributing the Service without authorization

3.3 Technical Violations

  • Automated scraping or harvesting of data beyond API limits
  • Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers
  • Overloading infrastructure through excessive requests
  • Bypassing rate limits or usage restrictions
  • Using the Service for cryptocurrency mining
  • Conducting security testing without written permission
  • Modifying or tampering with Service functionality

3.4 Content Violations

  • Uploading or processing inappropriate or offensive content

5. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong, unique passwords

  • Protect API keys and access tokens
  • Report security incidents immediately
  • Regularly review account access and permissions

5.2 Data Accuracy

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Ensure proper GitHub repository permissions
  • Maintain correct team assignments
  • Update outdated information promptly

  • Comply with your organization's policies
